Thank you for shopping at Bicycle Tech Bar.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

- "Company" (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to The Bicycle Tech Bar Pty Ltd

- "Goods" refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.

- "Orders" means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

- "Service" refers to the Website.

- "Website" refers to Bicycle Tech Bar, accessible from www.bicycletechbar.com/

- "You" means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

- The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging with all tags attached
- The receipt or proof of purchase is provided or included with the return

Unfortunately the following Goods cannot be returned:

- Clearance or promotional items.
- Gift Cards.
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalised.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at Our sole discretion.

Returning Goods & Refunds
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send or return the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items. We do not refund for change of mind purchases.

Domestic Shipping Policy

- All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

- We offer a $15 flat rate shipping fee using Australia Post. Once Your order is shipped, You will receive an automated email with Your tracking number. Use Australia Post to track Your parcel.

- All bicycles and heavy items including bike racks, trailers & baby seats are pick up only. Please contact us if You are unsure before placing Your order.

- If, for any reason, We are unable to supply Your item, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Faulty Products

If You believe the product is faulty upon receipt, You may return the product with Your proof of purchase. Freight to return the product to Our store is at the buyer’s expense. We will send the product to the manufacturer to repair the product or if this is not possible We will offer You a refund, exchange or store credit.
